As #2025 begins, we are pleased to share the story of former GB #athlete Allison Curbishley's journey to regain her #mobility and reduce the #pain and #discomfort caused by #knee #osteoarthritis.As a former British 400m athlete, Allison Curbishley competed at the World and Olympic Games, winning medals at the Commonwealth and European Championships. Unfortunately, her career was cut short by escalating knee problems, including 10 surgeries, which led to her retirement in 2003.Now based in #Northumberland with her partner, Steve Cram, Allison works as a BBC broadcaster, runs an events company, and holds a Sport and Exercise Sciences degree from the University of Birmingham. While staying active post-retirement, she’s had to adjust her activities due to pain and mobility challenges caused by knee osteoarthritis (OA).Allison met physiotherapist Paul Hobrough over a decade ago and has been seeing him since for treatment to manage discomfort and improve mobility linked to her former injuries.Six months ago, she tried #Arthrosamid to help reduce her pain and improve her mobility. Since then, she has noticed positive changes in her daily activities.
